12/05/2016 · I recently obtained a 5 hp B&S Model 130202 it is was missing the carb and linkage, I cant seem to figure out how the governor springs go. I have looked online and have found several therories on this but it just doesn’t want to stay hooked.
30/09/2012 · B&S 5hp Model 130202 with new carb #498298. Jet was fully seated from factory. Backed it out 1 1/2 turns. Fresh gas in new tank. Engaged choke and it won’t start. Pulled until I gave out.Getting gas to carb as viewed thru inlet. Fresh sparkplug also. Run switch in run position. I’m stumped now.Wants to backfire thru carb.
